I offer two ways to work together:

Monthly packages are recommended for clients who want reliability, continuity and peace of mind.
On-Demand Support
£45 per hour
On-Demand Support is suitable for one-off tasks, short-term projects or occasional admin support.

Support is provided on a flexible, ad-hoc basis

A minimum of one hour of support to be booked

Availability cannot be guaranteed under this option

Invoices are issued upon completion of the work

New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit of the estimated cost prior to commencement

Payment must be made electronically by BACS within 7 days of invoice issue
This option is best suited where ongoing or guaranteed availability is not required.
Monthly Support Packages

Essential Support – £400 per month

Growth Support – £800 per month

Monthly support packages provide consistent, reliable and priority admin support.
Packages are agreed in advance based on the level of responsibility, type of work and expected monthly workload, allowing support to be delivered efficiently without clock-watching.
How Monthly Support Works

Your support capacity is reserved and guaranteed for each month of your agreement

Support is delivered within an agreed monthly scope

I manage capacity behind the scenes to ensure work is completed properly and on time

Any additional support outside of the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed in advance

Unused support cannot be carried forward to future months
Payment Terms (Monthly Packages)
